Registered customers of Sixale never worry about warranty claims because Sixale takes care of it all.

In order to serve customers better and to ensure effective communication, we do ask all registered customers to be subscribed to our email newsletters, and contact us via the registered email address.

The period of limited warranty is set forth by each manufacturer. When a product sold by Sixale is proven with a manufacturer defect. Sixale acts on behalf of the customer with the claim process. In most cases, Sixale will send a replacement unit from our own inventory while we complete the warranty claims, so that customers experience minimum down time.

In the odd situation when the product is discontinued from Sixale, we may offer a store credit equal to the value of original purchase price.

As long as the product is proven defective, Sixale will provide shipping labels for customer to send products back to us (except bulky items that are locally picked up for the original order).

Sixale staff will inspect and test all returned products and determine if it is defective. This warranty is the exclusive and only warranty in effect for items sold by Sixale. Neither Sixale nor any manufacturer is responsible for any incidental damages incurred in the use of the products. Sixale's obligation under this warranty does not apply to any defect, malfunction of failure as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, use with faulty or improper equipment or the use of the products with any equipment for which they were not intended. This warranty will not cover any consequences, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the loss of life, profit, and any other losses resulting from the sales, installation or use of the product.
